1) What this policy covers
- This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use EasySimUnlocker on Android/iOS (the “App”) and visit easysimunlocker.com (the “Site”). Together, the App and Site are the “Services”.
- We provide IMEI/lock/blacklist checks and network unlock order processing. We do not modify device firmware or bypass security features. Services are fulfilled via carrier/partner channels where applicable.
2) Data we collect
A. You provide to us
- Order & contact details: name, email, country/region, billing details, order notes.
- Device details you submit: IMEI/MEID/ESN (entered manually), device brand/model, network/carrier; any photos/attachments you upload.
- Support communications: emails, chat messages, attachments.
B. Collected automatically (App/Site)
- Diagnostics & crash data: app version, OS version, device model class, crash logs (e.g., via Firebase Crashlytics).
- Usage analytics (aggregated): app screens, taps, session duration, referrers.
- Advertising ID (Apps only): resettable identifier used for non-personalized or consented ads/measurement (AdMob / Meta Audience Network).
- Cookies & similar tech (Site): essential cookies for sessions/checkout; optional analytics/marketing cookies (controlled via cookie banner).
We do NOT auto-collect the device IMEI or other non-resettable hardware IDs. If an IMEI is used, it is the one you manually enter to run a check or place an order.
3) Why we use your data (purposes & legal bases)
- Provide Services & fulfill orders (contract): run checks, process payments, deliver results, send transactional emails.
- Support & account help (contract/legitimate interests): respond to queries, verify ownership.
- Fraud & abuse prevention (legitimate interests/legal obligations): protect our Services and users.
- Analytics & performance (legitimate interests/consent where required): improve reliability, features, and UX.
- Compliance (legal obligations): tax/audit records, disputes, enforcing Terms.
4) Sharing & disclosures
We do not sell personal information. We share only with:
- Processors/service providers under contract (hosting, analytics/crash, ads/measurement, payments, email/helpdesk).
- Telecom/carrier/unlock partners to execute a check/unlock you requested.
- Fraud/security tools (e.g., Play Integrity) to protect against abuse.
- Legal/compliance when required by law or to protect rights/safety.
Processors & SDKs we use:
- Payments: Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal (we don’t store full card details).
- Analytics/Crash: Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics.
- Ads/Measurement: Google AdMob; Meta Audience Network / Facebook SDK (see §12).
- Email/Support: (If applicable, your provider here).
5) Retention
- Orders & invoices: typically 7 years (tax/audit/legal).
- IMEI & check results: retained for order history, dispute/chargeback defense, and audit; minimized/anonymized when feasible.
- Diagnostics/analytics: typically 13–24 months (aggregated where possible).
We delete or anonymize when no longer necessary for stated purposes or legal obligations.
6) Your choices & rights
- Access/Correction/Deletion: email [email protected] (or use in-app/web tools where available).
- Marketing: unsubscribe from emails; toggle in-app (if provided).
- Ads choices (Apps): reset or limit Advertising ID in device settings; opt out of ad personalization on Android/iOS.
GDPR/UK GDPR: rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; and safeguards around automated decisions.
California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (we don’t sell personal info). If we ever “share” for cross-context ads, we’ll provide a “Do Not Sell/Share” link.
India (DPDP): rights to access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal. Children’s data (< 18) requires verifiable parental consent.
7) Children
The Services aren’t intended for children. We don’t knowingly process data of users under the applicable age of digital consent. In India, a child is under 18; we require parental consent and do not use behavioral advertising for children. If you believe a child used our Services without consent, contact us to remove the data.
8) Cookies (Website)
- Essential: session, security, checkout.
- Analytics (optional): understanding site performance.
- Preferences/Marketing (optional): remembering choices and showing relevant content.
Manage preferences anytime via the Cookie Settings banner (shown in applicable regions).
9) International transfers
We may process data outside your country (e.g., EU/US/India). Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10) Security
We apply organizational and technical measures (TLS encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, audit logging, fraud/integrity checks). No system is 100% secure—report concerns to [email protected].
11) Account & data deletion
If you created an account or placed orders:
- In-app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account/data request (where available), or
- Email: [email protected] with subject “Delete my data”.
We’ll complete deletion within 30 days, unless we must retain certain records (e.g., invoices/chargebacks) by law.
12) Platform & SDK-specific disclosures (Apps)
Permissions & identifiers
- We do not request SMS, Call Logs, Contacts, or background precise Location.
- We do not auto-read IMEI or other non-resettable device IDs; IMEI is user-submitted only.
- Network access is used to run checks and deliver results.
- Notifications (optional) for order status updates.
- Play Integrity API (if implemented) for anti-abuse verification.
Advertising & measurement
- Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network / Facebook SDK may use the Advertising ID for ad serving, frequency capping, and measurement.
- You can disable ad personalization or reset the Advertising ID in device settings.
Payments
- Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal process payments on their PCI-compliant platforms. We don’t store full card numbers.

13) Changes to this policy
We’ll post updates here with a new Effective date. For material changes, we’ll notify you in-app, on the Site, or by email when appropriate.
