This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Network Unlock App for ATT (the “App”) and when you visit easysimunlocker.com (the “Site”). Together, the App and Site are the “Services”.

Not affiliated with AT&T. The Play listing clarifies the app is a third-party service for unlocking AT&T devices; it is not associated with AT&T. 



1) Data we collect
 

A. Information you provide

  • Contact & order details: name, email, country/region, billing details, order notes.

  • Device details you submit: IMEI/MEID/ESN (entered manually), device brand/model, current carrier/network; any photos or attachments you upload.

  • Support communications: emails, in-app messages, and attachments.

B. Automatically collected (App/Site)

  • App info & performance: crash logs and diagnostics (e.g., app version, OS version, device model class), basic usage events (opens, screens).

  • Advertising ID (Apps): resettable identifier used for ads/measurement (Google AdMob; Meta Audience Network / Facebook SDK).

  • Cookies (Site): essential cookies for session/checkout; optional analytics/marketing cookies controlled via our cookie banner.

We do not automatically read the device IMEI or other non-resettable hardware identifiers. If an IMEI is used, it is the one you manually enter to run checks or place an order.

 



2) How we use your data (purposes & legal bases)
 

  • Provide Services & fulfill orders (contract): run IMEI/lock checks, process payments, deliver results, send transactional emails/notifications.

  • Support & account help (contract/legitimate interests): respond to requests, verify order ownership.

  • Fraud & integrity (legitimate interests/legal obligations): detect/prevent abuse; protect our Services and users.

  • Analytics & performance (legitimate interests/consent where required): improve reliability, features, and UX.

  • Compliance (legal obligations): tax/audit records, dispute handling, enforcing Terms.
     



3) Sharing & disclosures
 

We do not sell personal information. We share only with:

  • Processors/service providers under contract (hosting/CDN, analytics/crash, ads/measurement, payments, email/helpdesk).

  • Telecom/carrier/unlock partners strictly to execute the check/unlock you requested.

  • Fraud/security tools (e.g., platform integrity checks).

  • Legal/compliance if required by law or to protect rights/safety.

Current processors & SDKs:

  • Ads/Measurement: Google AdMob; Meta Audience Network / Facebook SDK.

  • Payments: Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal (we don’t store full card numbers).

  • (If implemented) Analytics/Crash: Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics.

4) Retention
 

  • Orders & invoices: typically 7 years (tax/audit/legal).

  • IMEI & check results: retained for order history, chargeback/dispute defense, and audit; minimized/anonymized where feasible.

  • Diagnostics/analytics: typically 13–24 months (aggregated where possible).
    We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed for the above purposes or required by law.
     



5) Your choices & rights
 

  • Access / correction / deletion: email [email protected] or [email protected] (subject: Data Request).

  • Marketing: unsubscribe via email footer; toggle in-app if provided.

  • Ads choices (Apps): reset/limit Advertising ID in device settings; opt out of ad personalization on Android/iOS.

GDPR/UK GDPR (EEA/UK): rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; protections against solely automated decisions where applicable.
California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (we don’t sell personal info). If cross-context behavioral ads are used, we will provide a “Do Not Sell/Share” link on the Site.
India (DPDP): rights to access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal; processing children’s data (< 18) requires verifiable parental consent.
 



6) Children
 

Our Services are not intended for children. We don’t knowingly process children’s data without necessary consent, and we don’t use behavioral advertising for children. If you believe a child used our Services without proper consent, contact us to remove the data.
 



7) Cookies (Website)
 

  • Essential: session, security, checkout.

  • Analytics (optional): performance insights and UX improvements.

  • Preferences/Marketing (optional): remember choices and show relevant content.

8) International transfers
 

We may process data outside your country (e.g., EU/US/India). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
 



9) Security
 

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures (TLS in transit, access controls, least-privilege, audit logs, anti-abuse). No system is 100% secure—report concerns to [email protected].
 



10) Account & data deletion
 

You can request deletion of account-level data we hold on our servers by emailing [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject Delete my data. We’ll confirm and complete the request within 30 days, unless we must retain certain records (e.g., invoices/chargebacks) by law.
 



11) Platform & SDK disclosures (Apps)
 

Permissions & identifiers

  • We do not request SMS, Call Logs, Contacts, or background precise Location.

  • We do not automatically collect IMEI or other non-resettable IDs; IMEI is user-submitted only.

  • Network permission: to run checks and deliver results.

  • Notifications (optional): order status updates.

Advertising & measurement

  • AdMob and Meta Audience Network / Facebook SDK may use the Advertising ID for ad serving, frequency capping, and measurement.

  • You can limit ad personalization or reset the Advertising ID in device settings. Where required, we ask for consent before non-essential analytics/ads.

Payments

  • Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal process payments on their PCI-compliant platforms. We do not store full card numbers.
     



12) Changes to this Policy

We’ll post updates here with a new Effective date and, for material changes, notify you in-app, on the Site, or by email where appropriate.
