1) What this policy covers
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the ATT Network Unlock Samsung App (the “App”) and when you visit easysimunlocker.com (the “Site”). Together, the App and Site are the “Services”.
We provide IMEI / lock / blacklist checks and process network-unlock orders through carrier/partner channels where applicable. We do not bypass security features or modify device firmware.
2) Data we collect

Contact & order details: name, email, country/region, billing info, order notes.

Device details you submit: IMEI/MEID/ESN (entered manually), device brand/model, carrier/network; photos or attachments you upload.

B. Collected automatically (App/Site)

App info & performance: crash logs, error diagnostics, basic event data (e.g., open/close, screens).

Device or other IDs: Advertising ID (resettable) for ads/measurement (see §12).

Cookies (Site): essential cookies for sessions/checkout; optional analytics/marketing cookies (managed via banner).
We do not automatically read device IMEI or other non-resettable hardware identifiers. If an IMEI is used, it is the one you manually enter to run a check or place an order.

We delete or anonymize when no longer needed for the purposes above or legal obligations.
6) Your choices & rights

California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (we don’t sell personal info). If we ever “share” for cross-context ads, we’ll provide a “Do Not Sell/Share” link.
India (DPDP): rights to access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal; children’s data requires verifiable parental consent.
7) Children
The Services are not intended for children. In India, a child is under 18. We don’t knowingly process children’s data without parental consent and we don’t use behavioral advertising for children. If you believe a child used our Services without consent, contact us to remove the data.

AdMob and Meta Audience Network / Facebook SDK may use the Advertising ID (resettable) for ad serving, frequency capping, and measurement.

You can limit ad personalization or reset the Advertising ID in device settings. Where required by law, we obtain consent before non-essential analytics/ads.
Payments

Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal process payments on their PCI-compliant platforms. We don’t store full card numbers.

13) Changes to this policy
